Disconnects/Trackbar ?

I just put a lift on my Xj and it came out to 21 inches in the front which would mean a 4 inch lift and 19.5 in the rear. I went cheap and got used leafs. Anyways my swaybar links are too short and was wondering if ZJ disconnects would work on my XJ.I found this deal---- http://www.ebay.com/itm/ROUGH-COUNTR...#ht_500wt_1046
Also i purchased a used track bar off of a member and it didnt come with any bolts. Just the bar itself. I need to find the right bolts and cant find them.

For the bolts, you could measure across the brackets to get the length of bolt you need, then take the bar into the hardware store to fit the diameter. Remember to add 1/16" for a washer on either side of the bracket, and one bolt diameter to the length for the nut.
