Seat Track

I've got a couple questions for you guys. The upper portion of the seat track in my 94 2 door broke. They are manual seats. My questions are, how do you get track unmounted from the seat and how do you slide the track off from the bottom track? I see there are bolts for the back part of the track that bolt it to the seat but the front has what almost looks like rivots. I also haven't been able to figure out how to slide the track off the lower track. It gets to the end of the track and stops. Is there a clip or something I have to press in on? My local junkyard has a replacement for 25 bucks, that sound like a decent price? Thanks for the help.
