remote entry reprograming

Hello all, I have a 99 xj, I only have one remote unlocker that works. I have another that I got from another 99 xj before it went to the junk yard. Is there a way that I can make my xj reconize the new remote as well? Then I would have two... I know I am being gready.

97-01 factory key-less entry remotes are only programmable with a DRB-III Scan Tool. The Dealership and some larger independent repair shops have a DRB-III Scan Tool.
