ZJ 44 axle parts on an XJ 44

OK so I have my Dana 44 pulled from the donor rig. Now I may have chance to get the gears and disc bakes from a ZJ Dana 44. I know the disc brakes from a ZJ 35 will work some modifications. Are the disc brakes from the ZJ 44 the same as the ZJ 35 or are they more of a bolt on? Also will the gears from a ZJ 44 bolt in to the XJ 44?

The brakes are the same as the ZJ D35, and no the gears are not interchangeable. They are different beasts internally.

I appreciate the feedback. That is just what I was afraid of and probably why there was no info when I did a search.....Oh well back to the drawing board.
