i crawled under there and cleaned up all the rust and painted it up
we mocked everything up

and realized that because of how much rocker we had to remove due to rust the only way put suports thru to the frame was to cut threw the floor which i didn't wanna do yet so we cut spacers to stop the rocker from being able to twist up

Looks great!!

What thickness metal is that? I like the looks of these. i have no rust to fix, but I dented the heck outta my rockers.

what are the plates at the far right of the 2nd picture for??

if i wanted to do outriggers to the frame wich was the origanal plan till we realized we had to cut more of the rocker and would have to cut the floor

is there any bracing or is it just welded to the body?

18 hours!!! yikes. that's a long ass time for some rocker replacement. i have about 8 into mine with braces cut through the floor and that was just me in my garage with an angle grinder and my welder.

they do look good though, i like the dimple die steps on them.

Pretty sharp looking kit. might be worth it depending on how much it was. Then again, I like my 2x6 and how much it sticks out.

no there could be but i didnt want to cut my floor yet we did mak4ee the spacer to stop twisting

You planning to wheel it or is it just for show? Cause its not gonna take many hits without bracing
