which lift for a dd/child transporter?

i had a 2 inch homebrew lift on my old xj and now im in the market for a 99-01 xj. im wanting a nice ride with a pretty aggressive look. i was thinking 3.5re super ride kit with ome or bilsteins. what do you guys think?

A friend of mine has the OME 3.5 kit and loves it, he is also using it for DD/linoleum lizard duties

I would say just spend the money and do it right the first time. OME or DPG's OME hybrid lift.

Whatever springs and coils but do skimp on the shocks. Bilsteins all the way!

All of the above is good advice. Whatever you decide, keep the sway bar while your kids are with you!

my OME lift rides better than my jeep did stock. looks better also. i have no experience with other brands of jeep lifts. but i am very happy with my purchase from DPG

i went with the "super ultimate" kit but with 3.5" springs and a few add ons in the steering and bumpstop department

Agree! No sway bar in the rear is ok but in the front quick dissconnects are a must. Jks had worked the best for me. The others are kind junk.
