Weak Spark

I have a 90 xj with an iginition problem. Ive checked the cps sensor and it looks good. Its been sitting for about a year, and i just purchased a multimeter to check the ohms.
Ive ruled out the cps.


It gets a spark thats orange and it has a poof sound every so often. I'm getting 13v at the battery, Whats the best way to diagnose bad fuel pressure?

any ideas?

You could try spraying some starter fluid to get it started.

Buy or borrow a fuel pressure gauge to check fuel pressure.

It sounds like the orange/weak spark is probably a problem.
