Wont idle and a few electrical issues

Hey all, I have a 98 XJ. A few times while driving I have had the airbag light come on and the radio and signals will stop working. If I turn it off and then start again it is fine. Today all of a sudden it did the same thing as from when I started it (had to manually give it gas to start) but the wont idle. If I take my foot off the gas it will just die. Almost seems like it might be a grounding issue but Im not sure where to start? Any ideas? All input is appreciated
