8.8 Brakes aren't working?

I am having some issues i put a brass washer under the bolt head and under the line, I have fluid to both lines. I couldn't get fluid out of the caliper though. I took the washer out from under the bolt head, and the passenger side would have fluid come out the bleeder now, but when the bleeder is closed the caliper wont lock up. I still cant get nothing out of the driver side.

Ideas?

Fully describe your situation, why you are working on brakes, and what you done so far. Is this a new axle install with calipers of unknown condition, or are you working on brakes that previously were fine ? Why are messing with the hose and copper/brass washer ? Are the calipers on the correct sides ? Usually the bleeder screw belongs nearer to top of the caliper.
