Greasing new leaf spring bushings - where and with what?

Installing new leaf packs with rubber bushings and new hardware. What gets greased exactly, and with what lube? (bushing-to-leaf, bushing-to-sleeve, sleeve-to-bolt)

I have Castrol blue grease and silver anti-seize in stock here; rather not run out for supplies again.
 
Lube the outside of the bushing, to ease installation.
Since you live where salt is used, lube the bolt and the inside of the sleeve to prevent the bolt from rusting to the the sleeve.
Either grease or anti-seize will work.
 
Bushings work by flexing the rubber--the bolt immobilizes the inner sleeve, while the leaf (or control arm, or whatever) immobilizes the outer sleeve, and the rubber flexes and moves to accomodate for pressure (this is why they must be tightened with the jeep on the ground).

Anyway the only reason to lubricate the inner or outer sleeves is to make removal easier later. Anti-sieze is probably the right product
 
use antisieze on the outside of the sleeve to make it easier to drive in, and hopefully able to remove later

Are you installing OEM-type rubber bushings or polyurethane?
OEM bushings have the inner sleeve vulcanized to the the rubber sleeve and is not removable without destroying the bushing.
Poly bushings have a separate inner sleeve. If you are using poly, refer to the manufacturer's instructions or website as to the suggested type of lube.
