Presumably, you mean what Automatics will bolt up.
Grand Cherokees '93 up, had a 42RE(This is a version of the A904/999/32RE with an overdrive gear added.) It's electronic controlled and needs a computer to operate properly.(some earlier GCs with a 4.0 had the AW-4)
Jeep made a version of the Chrysler A904/A999/32RH available in the YJ behind a 4.0, and earlier behind the 4.2. Both will bolt up, but the 4.2 version has no provision for a CPS, The 4.0 version can be used in an XJ using a YJ 4.0CPS. It has no O/D, can be built with or without a lockup converter.
Jeep also used a version of the GM TH400 in the CJ behind the 4.2 and (I think)304.This will also bolt up, and again, lacks the port for the CPS. Bell housing can be carefully modified to mount a CPS.
That's about it for the "stock" transmissions.
In theory, You could get a Dodge 42RH and a Grand Cherokee 42RE, rebuild the 42RE with the internals from the 42RH and have a hydraulic controlled trans that would bolt up and work w/o electronics, but it would be expensive.
AMC used the A-727 torqueflite in their cars. You could get an AMC case, and rebuild it using the mainshaft and transfer case adapter from a 4wd Dodge A-727, then mod the bell housing for a CPS. This would also be expensive.
That's about all I can think of.
As for the AW-4, it's not a bad transmission, but nobody likes the shift control on them. if you have an earlier model, (96-down) you can install a switch to force a 1/2 gear selection, or there are a couple aftermarket manual shifters available. Check out RADesigns:

If you have a late-model, the only "market" option was the Montanafab shifter:

There's a couple threads in mod-tec about making your own late mod shifter switch. If you're interested, try starting here:
