Went wheeling this weekednd with 35s for the first time and had a few issues. I lost most of my steering assist when stuff got hot. I have a trans gauge and whenever I got near 240 (I know hot) I would also lose most of my assist. Engine ran all weekend at 210. After it would cool down steering would be back. Plans are a small cooler and a overdrive pully as well as a fluid change.

Has anyone had this issue before? As in in "fades" under heat? or am I looking at possibly needing a new pump?
