Electric to manual doors problems

Recently swapped out old rusty/beat up electric doors for manual ones.

Clipped right thru the wire bundle, as a result stereo doesn’t work and along with the speakers.

91 xj laredo, 4 door.

Wondering has anyone ever done it and if so how did you get your stereo to work? maybe a wiring diagram would help, I’m just anticipating that it won’t be as easy as just hooking up the old speaker wires to the new ones. any help is appreciated.

Are you saying the head unit on your stereo doesn't even turn on?

My first guess would be check the radio and accessory fuses, maybe when you clipped through the wires something shorted out. If the fuses aren't blown, try disconnecting the battery for a minute to reset everything. The worst case you shorted a live 12V wire back through the speaker wire, possibly fried the head unit.

I can check my wiring diagrams when I get home this afternoon to see if there's anything else that makes sense.
