Need to replace rear passenger door

I have a 00 Classic and need to replace the rear passenger door. Are the 99-01 doors any different than earlier models?

97-01 are same. Older doors use different style striker.

Are there more differences than the striker? My 99's doors are all disintegrating (especially front passenger) and I've looked around for skin options. Everything I've found are spec'd for pre-97, but I'm not sure what the difference(s) is/are. Probably like the OP, I'd love a deeper understanding of the differences between '96 and '97 doors.
