01 XJ leaf spring question

I just had a new set of standard duty rear leaf springs from QT installed today. Should they be flat with no arch to 'em?

stock springs: a slight arch, but close to flat.

measure from center of wheel to bottom of the flare. it should be ~17 inches

Leaf Springs should, ideally, be very nearly flat with the shackle at a 45 degree angle. This provides the best ride and articulation as it allows the spring to arch properly. Just an FYI...
