Possible to install head unit from a 05-10 WK into a 97-01 XJ?

I did a quick search and saw some lines about retro fitting a newer chrysler head unit, Wondering if anyone has done it or if it is even possible.

I have a 99 and like factory head unit for the simplicity but would like to have an aux input instead of using an FM modulator for my iPod.

Is the WK unit the same DIN height? Also does it have wiring harness coming out of the back or is it simply a port to plug the factory harness into?
