washer reservoir removal

How on earth do you get the inner fender washer fluid reservoir out? this is for a 2000, i have looked on the internet and there is mention of 2 screws i can only find the one right next to the filler neck.... where is the other one?

Right by the neck of the washer tank there is an 8mm head screw, remove that. Then if u look just below the ecu there is another 8mm head screw... Just follow the most forward portion of the ecu and follow it down... The. Remove the fender liner... It's not necessary to remove the fender at all... Then just pop out the pumps from the tank and disconnect the sensor.
