96 Grand Cherokee ripe for picking....

Found a 96 GC with a 4.0 in it for parts cheap on CL.


What are the obvious and best swaps for the XJ?


I've done a couple searches but can't find a good source of info.
 
Engine and seats swap for starters. Wheels. Front control arms are the same. You can make the shifter handle work, its a bit different and larger. Axles aren't worth fooling with.
