Hey everyone I need help im still pretty new to the jeep thing but I was hoping to get some help on this issue i cant seem to figure out.
My jeep runs and drives great but as soon as u put the jeep in reverse and go over 1k rpm it cuts out like its hitting a governor and wont go any higher then 1k rpm. If you try to give it more gas and try to go over 1k rpm it will eventually die :banghead:
Im really stumped and cant seem to figure it out. I'm hoping someone on here will direct me where I need to look so i can fix this and don't buy things I don't need
Vehicle info
88 Cherokee 4.0L Inline six (Stock engine)
4x4
3inch lift on 32s
