Should I change pinion angle?

K everyone heres the deal, im bout to get a Super 35 from my buddy, and im gonna clean it up a bit before I put it in. Its a little hacked up with the wrong leaf spring perches, and some not so nice shock mounts. Ive ordered new perches and gonna grind off and redo the shock mounts, to be used with crossover shocks (also getting disc brake conversion). So my question is since im replacing perches and mounts, should I rotate the axle to decrease angle? If so how much?

Im running 4" springs and the HD shackle relocation. I do have a hack n tap sye.

I would dial it in... no reason not to

set it up on there, tack it in place, and measure it, then adjust as needed and then tack it up check it again, if it is good weld that shit up
