Tomken makes a set of tube flat fender style ones but they dont go all the way down and theyre super pricey...
Jeeptubes.com sells the tube prebent and cut and the quarter panel armor to weld em to and the rear quarter armor has integrated tail light boxes..
they go all the way down in backand can be cut to stick out to desired length (i think up to 6")

If you can weld then you can make your own using some of the pre bent flares on this website. They are made for the cherokee and are not that bad of a price.
