Lock Right locker question

I had to replace the pinion bearings in my Dana 35 put everything back together and now my locker dosent lock the left rear tire. When replacing the bearings i didnt remove the locker from the carrier. Every thing looks right it just dosent lock the drivers side but the passenger side does good

may be a long shot....but, are you sure you don't have a cracked carrier? it can cause this problem...

Perhaps you should explain your issue with a bit more detail.
