Admission Gates Open at 8:00 a.m. – Event Start Time at 10:00 a.m.
EVENT FEE: $15 per Driver/Rig & 1 Pit Crew
GATE FEE: $10 per PERSON
CAMPING FEE: $15 a night dry and $25 a night RV hookups - for family of 4

Best in the West Series Rules
1. No blowers, nitrous or alcohol. Pump gasoline only. Diesel fuel permitted in diesel engines.
2. All competitors riding in a vehicle must wear a DOT/Snell approved helmet and seatbelts while competing.
3. Vehicle batteries must be securely fasten to the vehicle with proper hold downs to prevent it from coming loose in the event of an accident (No straps, bungee cords etc.) allowed.
4. No loose objects in or on vehicle.
5. Open top vehicles must have a roll cage.
6. No alcohol or drugs permitted. This policy will be strictly enforced and presence of alcohol or drugs will automatically disqualify the driver and vehicle from competition.
7. All vehicles must pass safety inspection before competing.
8. All drivers must attend driver's meeting ½ hour before event starts. A vehicle cannot be registered after drivers meeting unless approved by event official.
9. All event officials' decisions are final.
10. DOT approved tires any size with NO missing lug nuts – cutting and grooving permitted.
11. All vehicles must have a 2 1/2 lb. minimum dry chemical or 1 lb. halon extinguisher. Extinguishers must be fully charged, in working condition and secured convenient to driver.
12. Vehicle must have tow or lift point securely attached.
13. All vehicles must have working and adequate brake systems.
14. NO WEAPONS ALLOWED.
15. All competitors must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to participate. Under 18 years of age, competitors must provide written parental consent.
16. In the event of disqualification of vehicle or driver, no refunds of entry or event fees will be allowed.
17. No high-speed driving or “hot-rodding” will be tolerated anywhere except on the event course. 5 MPH Rule.NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for immediate disqualification.
18. The possibility of personal injury, vehicle damage and broken parts exists. ENTER AT OWN RISK
