Would 4" 07-10 JK Springs fit on a 97 zj?

I know how TJ, WJ, springs could also fit but lose somepart of the height cause the zj's weight.

I was wondering if the JK springs would fit and do the same?

I saw someone do it in the ModTech section, I would like more info as well.

Supposedly they are not too stiff or soft (maybe 180lb?)

I think I remember reading he was using stock springs for about 5" of lift

Would 4" 07-10 JK Springs fit on a 97 zj?
