MJ leafs in an XJ

My axle I plan on putting under my '93 XJ is currently set up for an MJ (spring under). Can I buy rear leafs with lift specs for an MJ? I would rather not get into moving the spring mounts of I don't need too.

mj leafs wont work on an XJ without moving the spring hangers, they are longer than XJ leafs.
