e-brake parts

As you know, the passenger e-brake cable routes along the axle and in front of the shock mount. I pinched this cable between a rock and the shock mount, damaging it in the process. It would not function correctly so I had to cut it at the pinch and pull the part out of the drum to let the brake function again. Sooo I need a new brake line for that side, which isn't a problem to find BUT i realized there's a shitload of rust all over where the two e-brake lines connect to the main cable. You are supposed to be able to adjust the cable there but it's all a big chunk of rust and can't do anything with it. Is this part(s) junkyard-only or can it be brought new? Any official name for this "junction box"?
