Converting Rusty's Track Bar End

I have Rusty's track bar and drop backet and want to convert the frame end to a heim or something else (?). For those who may not know, this uses a horizontal bushing/bolt and from what I understand the threaded end has a 11/16 x 18 thread pitch. Anyone know if this is available in heims and which brand to use? I have very little knowledge in this area and would appreciate any input. I'm open to other ideas as well. Thanks,

I didn't find a rodend in that size so I took mine to a machine shop. They drilled the bar out to 3/4 16tpi. It's a more common size in rodends I think.
