I have a 99 with a 2.5" OME lift. My tires rub slightly at full lock, and rather then trimming i was thinking of getting another inch or so of lift. I was wondering if this could be achieved with a set of shackles and coil spring islolators. anyone have experience with this???

Rubbing at lock, sounds more like a tire width/ wheel backspacing issue. Adjust your steering stops, run aftermarket/WJ LCA's. Now, rubing during flex is another thing. This can also be solved by bumpstopping correctly.
