Driver side window replacement

So, my 1994 cherokee xj had a busted window... now for the life of me i got the window in, but when i roll it up it gets about 1 to 2 inches within the top and then it gets super hard to crank! Then when i Roll it ALL the way down it will like lock and then i cant get it to up without pulling the window up some. I never did take out the little triangle window. What is the Proper way to install this window? thakns :: guys

u sure it's in the channel properly? Also, it's got the single pivot with the 1 bolt mount, so i would spray that liberally with some SKID, PB, whatever. Might need to adjust the front and rear channel mounting bolts.
