Pop turning wheel right

When I first turn the wheel to the right from center , at idle in the morning I hear a pop.
It also sometimes happens if I suddenly suddenly turn tightly to the right when cornering an intersection but only on a hard tight right turn at speed and not always. never to the left.
I have a IRO track bar and bracket and they are torqued tightly at all points.
I've pryed the wheels and ball joints are good as are front U joints.
Steering box is tight and there appears to be no frame cracks.
Sway bar and bushings are new and good.
The left TR end boot is done but the joint is still tight i.e I see no visible movement when an assistant turns.
What else could it be?

I'd check the steering box bolts. I've also seen improperly torqued wheel bearings hubs cause this. Remember the hub nuts are at 175 ft lbs. How are the bushings on the control arms?
