95 swap?

ok i got 2 95s one has the pass side front unibody bent in about 1/2 inch, deployd driver air bag and shatered back window and its stock 4wd setup. and i got a 3in lifted 2wd in great condition. wat wud be best to try and make my rig but legal in all states? moneys short!

well i wud have to pull the frame out and thats not ez and get a new steer wheel and switch over all the controls on it
