i put this in mod tech because i recently completed a WJ booster/MC swap on my XJ and after the swap my torque converter wont lock up. i am suspecting that it has to do with the brake light switch. but i got the brake lights to work properly on the first try.

so could something besides the brake switch cause it not to lock up? there is a little white switch up near the top of the pedal. what does that go to?

i dont think it would be a solenoid because everything worked fine prior to the swap.

any ideas are appreciated

There is more than one switch on your brake pedel. You see the one at the bolt for the booster, there is another above it (it is white) that tells your trans when you are pressing the brakes. Adjust it.
