valve seals and springs

i have a '93 xj (4x4, 4.0L, auto, 270,000) i'm looking to replace my valve seals. where is a good (cheap) place to find some for an unmodified 4.0L xj?
also i thought since i was replacing those, i should replace the springs with 270,000 miles on them. a good location for those would be great.

the hesco site has the valve seals for 1.20 is that for all 12?

went to rock auto and found the valve seals.
what is the free height that i'm lookin' for?
