did the headlight harness, now fog light relay causes high beams to stick

it's the craziest thing... took me an hour to figure out why it was doing it.

wired up my headlights and did some nice IPF H4's and some ricer bulbs that 4wd had. when i would turn the lights on and hit the high beams on, then put it back on low, the high beams stuck on. when i tapped the relay i could get them to go back off.

so i swapped relays and same thing. so while i was messing with it i notice my fog lights would sometimes stay on when i hit the high beams. so i pulled the fog light relay and presto, no more issue. so i swapped that relay with the AC relay and same issue.

any ideas?

thank you very much! i'll have to pull the surround and fix the wiring tomorrow.

I put a jumper wire in place of the foglight relay.
