RE HD Trackbar Bushing shot.

wondering what was the actual synthom that guided you to identify the bad condition?....
I'm crazy tracking down a noise when the suspension cycles....
my tb is same as yours
 
The axle side bushing is just a standard style bushing that you can get from Prothane or Energy Suspension. Find the sleeve size and the ID of the tube on the track bar, and buy one.

That seems really odd. Was the metal sleeve not long enough? It looks like you just had the bolt cranked down to where it compressed the bushing and wouldn't let it spin. That would destroy it pretty quick after a few flexes. Any grease in there too?
