Radio and Clock quit working

My daughter was playing in my Jeep and left the dome light on over night. I get in, dead battery. So I jump it with battery charger, while trying to start Jeep everything worked then went out. Now I have no radio or clock, dont really care about clock but NEED my radio. I checked my fuses and their fine. Is there somewhere else I need to look?

Funny how us parents use our jeeps as playpens. And then I can explain why my dome light covers are missing and there's sharpie all over the upholstery.

Forgot to mention I also have no domelight or map lights if this helps any.

Check again for fuse on dome lights. On many XJ's (you don't specify year) this is the same fuse that supplies clock and radio memory (without which your radio won't work).
