Are there any oil addativs that help clean or can clean the lifter and push rod tube components of the oil system? Not all of the rocker arms are getting oil. Any Ideas?

Some people use Seafoam. I never have in a crankcase. A good additive to use is Marvel Mystery Oil. Some use ATF in various percentages.

For the last 30 years I've add MMO in the first couple oil changes in new to me used motors. Never had any problems and seemed to clean pretty good. Also use it to lube my air tools.
