Need a source for a 99' clock spring

Popped the clock spring on my 99 Cherokee Classic daily driver. Typical symptoms: airbag light on and no electrics from horn to cruise. Funny thing is that it popped as I was backing out of Napa purchasing a new Throttle Position Sensor.

Having difficulty finding one locally - anyone have a used one, or a good source for a replacement?
