Hello! Sorry if this is wrong section.
We own a 1993 cherokee XJ 231 Manual trans. Rear is Chrysler 8.25.
The car is in Moscow, Russia. There is not much experience in building such vehicles. There is also a major problem with shipping items to Russia (cost, time and etc).
Our plan is to build XJ for 35 tyres, but for a first time we will run 33 extreme (simex or swampers).
The plan is:
1. Rough Country 6.5 long arm
2. NP231 Slip Yoke Eliminator
Front axle
Well... according to the Internet there are several ways to make it handle big tyres. There are several super 35 KITs but it uses 30 spline shafts and stock is 27. Using shafts other than with a stock amount of splines will cause problems if it brakes. Otherwise we can install stock shaft while hardened one will be reordered and delivered.
1. ARB air locker
2. Heavy-Duty U-Joints
3. Hardened shafts

Alloy USA Front 27 Spline Chromoly Axleshafts
4. 4.10 Gears which one is better?
5. Hardened Differential Cover
Rear Axle
It is strong enough to carry up to 35 tyres.
1. ARB air locker
2. Yukon hardened shafts
3. 4.10 Gears which one is better?
4. Hardened Differential Cover
Custom made front, rear, side bars and cargo carrier on the roof.
Hardened side bars instead of stock ones and cargo carrier will make body stronger for offroad use.
One of the local Jeep service also suggested to install new radiator and fun clutch. Can you recommend which one to buy?
