REBUILD (POWER)

I have a 1990 4.0 with ford injs adjustable map no cat just flowmaster 40 and rebuilding badly worn motor my ? is how much power can i expect from the rebuild vs the badly worn motor it is going back stock thanks for any help

At least 25hp and 35 torque.
