So ive got a Aussie in the front D30. Im wanting to take it out because Im tired of all the noise it makes, and clunks and stuff, and its not very great for a DD. It came with the axle when I bought it, so im not loosing out and will be replacing it with a ARB this summer. My question is, do I still have spider gears with the aussie or will I have to go and buy some new ones for right now? Will there be anything else I will ne to buy as well? and second can it just be pulled straight out, and then put the spiders back in, or will I have to have the gears and everything reset with doing this?

the aussie replaces the side gears and the spiders, you'll need new ones. you could probably re-use the thrust washers(?!??) and throw in junkyard d30 open diff stuff(??!?)

this should not affect gear setup (!!!)
