I have two questions. what is the best option for exhaust on a 95 cherokee 4.0. Im looking to help a little with power and fuel economy. I think the honey comb in the cat is busted up and will need a cheap cat too.

I also want to know the best way to remove the belt driven fan and replace it with a full electric fan. Do i need to eliminate the pully or just pull the fan off?

For exhaust you've got a plethora of options and companies to go with. Personally I'm running a Banks header, TJ downpipe (easy retrofit, but oil drains over it at oil changes) Magnaflo hi-flo cat, 2.5" pipe from the cat and it dumps over the axle (no muffler). I like the way it sounds, but it does drone a bit in the cabin a bit at freeway speeds.

Ooooold video for sound example... Exhaust is the same but the rig's evolved since this clip, heh.

For the fans, if you run a search for it you should get a ton of results. Lots of people have done it.
Here's two write-ups. One utilizes a dual-speed fan off a Taurus (also popular for us... http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoTaurusFanInstall1.htm), the other runs twin 16" fans (http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoElectricFan.htm).

If any of the links are jacked I apologize, posting this from my phone.
