97 cherokee. 4.0 auto. Its always drove fine for me. Then i pulled into the driveway and rpms kind of jumped up for a few seconds. I shut it off when that happend and let it sit for a few hours. Then it wouldnt start at all. The next day it started for me but would only run at 2k rpms with my foot controlling the idle. If i let off the pedal, it immediately dies. I replaced the distributor, coil ignition, fuel injectors, cps, tps, and checked my plugs. all is good. I have fuel pressure. I drove it earlier to try and let it fix itself. I had to hold the brake and gas at the same time so it wouldnt die. When i "get on it", it has no power and you can feel it missing. ive cleaned the intake sensor also. Any suggestions?
