when i start the cherokee it will crank 10 to 15 times before it starts, what could it be, it got a fresh tune up cap, wires, plugs, thinking about sea foam what do you think

vital information about the jeep in question is VERY important. (year, drivetrain) other than that the check valve in the fuel pump is most likely worn out. turn the key on then off.....wait....turn key on.....wait....then start it up. post up the results

edit: was a fuel filter included in the tuneup? it is a general tune up item.

Check connections on your ballast resistor (metal piece with 2 wires connected on driver side inner fender, Also, check your fuel pup relay on driver side near coil pack. Swap it with another one and see if that changes anything.
What I do, is turn key to on position to let fuel pump energize.. turn it off and then on gain and then start it.
