found hole in Engine block, not sure if its supose to be there or not

so i was just cleaning up a 93 4.0 engine block before dropping it off at the machine shop and i noticed a hole and Im not sure if its supose to be there or not.

I dont think it is

its right about where the camshaft goes in, in the front of the engine

looks like a oil drain/chain lubrication hole to me.

Normal. Just checked a block out in my garage.

thats great news. i really wasnt sure as this is the first ime ive taken apart a 4.0
