Roof Lights (few options, need opinions)

SO!

With summer coming up I plan on doing a lot of camping and such where some extra lighting will be nice. I already have a pair of Hella's on my Poison Spyder bumper, but I'm thinking something on the roof would cover EVERYTHING.

Now. The first option is to go to JCROffroad (http://www.jcroffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=XJLGHTRK&Category_Code=RCK) The problem is that after the $130 rack, I would need to buy lights which is another $150 or so.

I was looking around and found this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270672688620#ht_2768wt_909) This seems to be the same thing (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Roof...rQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ht_2516wt_909) But include shipping on both and the second one is $152.00
Which almost seems to good to be true so it probably is... (cheaply made or something)

I've been checking out craigslist and there is one local one I'm considering, but if the KJ bar would work out, I'd think thats the best option...

Thoughts?

If you have a roof rack that comes all the way to the front, you can drill holes is stock crossbar and mount lights to that, you can even get an extra bar from the junkyard if you need to use yours.

all those lights look cheap as hell

Get KC daylighters or slimlites. Make sure they are the long range beam. Long range (or pencil beam) lights belong on the roof and driving lights on the bumper (such as hella or IPF). Reason being with driving lights on the roof you will light up the hood as well. Long range lights will put more light forward instead of downward. I also recommend KCs since they are well-built (metal) and can take abuse from branches and other things that might contact your roof. They are pricey but come with a 23 year warranty, also bright as hell.

I've got long range KC daylighters on my roof rack and even those light up too much of the hood - they are almost useless. I am going to fab some under shades fro them for this season.
