For a swing-out, hit the junkyard. Alternatively, check the For Sale forums - both nationally and your local chapter. There are a ton of options for aftermarket ones; some searching should turn them up pretty easily, but they usually require upgrading the bumper as well.

If you're looking for the roof-mount type, the forums are probably going to be your best bet; the Mopar one has been out of Chrysler's stock for years. Rock Ratz also make one; last I checked, it was around $160.
