cheap snorkel on ebay....

What does eveyone think about these snorkels for like $150 shipped on ebay? are they good? i don't see what brand but im wondering if they offer any performance. it looks like they just hook up to the stock hole in the stock box. If thats the case then they will just be good for going through water? will the colder air ram effect help much? im going by the parts in the pic and dont know much about snorkels and how others come.
