10 amp tranny fuse

What year?

The 10 amp fuse in-line to the TCU on the yellow wire is power for the TCU in the early XJs.

hey joe, sorry 91 HO fuse block passenger side fire wall..
i tried to chase the fuse in my book ( the schematic section) but no luck..

In my 90' fuse box, there is a fuse (7.5A) which is marked TRANS. As far as the circuit, it runs the reverse lights and the Power/Comfort switch. If it blows neither work. I don't like putting larger fuses to "solve" a problem, just might make it worse. How did you run the fan switch??

i dont like runnin larger fuses either, bridged it through my torqe converter switch/1&2nd gear lock outs, which has a diod inline aswell then powers through the 12v supply under the passenger dash #d16/c14, book is just not showing me how many amps are being used of the 10, im sure the fan pulls a couple its self.. only using the bridged power to turn the light on the rocker switch on when in use though!!
