stock shackle measurements? from center of top eye to outside PLEASE :)

do you mean the eye to eye measurement? center of top eye to the outside or where? do you mean the seperation of the planes when the shackle kind of dog legs out?
 
I need the measurement from the red marked area

Why would you ever need that measurement? The bolt hole in the bushing is 14mm so you can probably figure it out from that plus the picture.
 
I can only imagine needing that measurement if you're making mount tabs and don't want the top of the shackle to hit whatever is above the tabs.

I would just budget an inch and call it good.
 
You should buy a new one. They're useful.
